ECAMPUS ONTARIO

The key to developing eCampus Ontario's new strategic plan was staging a collaborative effort of researchers and stakeholders. We integrated 100s of stakeholder voices from across the education sector, analyzing needs and pain points. Commonalities emerged and were paired with foresight research pinpointing future needs and trends impacting this changing sector.

TORONTO REAL ESTATE BOARD

This workshop organized and engaged top members of the association with expert research on climate impact projections on property evaluation. We facilitated a futures thinking process to determine how realtors could become “touch-points of resilience”, to educate the market on the impact of climate change on property assets. Changes in policy and the establishment of a Climate Impact Committee resulted from this work.

UNION YOGA AND WELLNESS

In addressing the challenge of creating a more inclusive studio environment, extensive research to understand perceptions of inclusivity was conducted. Trends in the wellness industry were analyzed and after a comprehensive case study analysis of competitive yoga studios,  a business case for new inclusivity measures was presented to management. The studio has received accolades as the implementation of the business strategy (branding and offerings) have aligned with enhanced and nuanced understandings of their client’s wants and needs.
